Staff Flex™ Recruitment Consultants engage directly with your HR, Recruiting and Hiring Managers to understand requirements and expectations. Here are just a few examples of the services they can offer:

1. Collect requisition information and manage requisition prioritization.
2. Create job profiles that present career opportunities and not just jobs.
3. Post position profiles and search databases for active candidates, passive candidates and valuable source data. Commercial databases and job board access can be provided by client or built into the engagement cost.
4. Develop screening profiles to more quickly screen candidates for submittal to managers.
5. Complete administrative and coordination tasks necessary for screening, interviewing and necessary process documentation for applicant tracking and EEO requirements.
6. Per client manager direction manage outside vendors selected to provide solicited assistance with roles approved for fee based vendor hires.
7. Work closely with HR Managers to continually validate changing priorities and overall performance expectations

Recruitment Outsource, Inc. (ROi™) Engagement Managers work closely with Staff Flex™ Recruitment Consultants to ensure every opportunity is taken to exceed expectations. Weekly status updates are provided to client and Engagement Manager associated with the client. Monthly meetings are set to review engagement successes and areas for improvement.
