Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO): ROi™

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is not new. How you should approach it is! Companies have been outsourcing segments of their recruiting process for years. It is second nature to outsource your background checking and drug testing. Your recruitment process has many tasks or otherwise transactional-based activities that can be completed outside the organization, increasing efficiencies through economies of scale.

RPO can be a single step in the process threading across all roles or positions or it can be a workflow handoff between steps threaded through the end-to-end recruitment process. When a single step is outsourced that the ROi™ recruitment team manages specific step and the client team manages all other steps in the process. In the handoff model the tasks are handed back and forth from the client team to the ROi™ recruitment team for a specific role or position. The main differentiator in RPO from all other recruitment services is the commitment; RPO is not a short-term fulfillment of case-by-case hiring fluctuations. RPO is about strategy and tactics, clients manage strategy and ROi™ manages tactics. RPO is about a long-term partnership, long-term press optimization.

Although every company will have a process, which is unique to their organization, we make some basic assumptions of steps in a typical workflow.
